One-Eyed Jacks was built for Mr. Nordeen in Hephzibah, Georgia. Completed in late December 2022. This project consisted of the development of 4.72 acres. Site work included the installation of the complete stormwater system including retention pond and asphalt parking. The 5,625 square foot pre-engineered building was constructed to house multiple businesses including office and retail space.
